The actual CD-r was just one 46 minute track but I split it up and divided the release into two seperate folders. This feels like the 1982 tape to me due to the tracklist and all of these tracks seemingly coming from one continuous source. This version of Strip/Burn is very interesting as the riff it's based around seems to resemble Oxygen, but the lyrics are the same. The date is a total guess but at the end of Weakling we hear someone (sounds like Thurston) mention something about being back as Sonic Youth shortly, so this is likely one of the shows they did with Swans. The only known CBGB's performance with these two is the date I chose. It could be wrong but this does sound like 1982 to me. This show is well worth a listen because it's likely one of only a handful of recordings with Sue Hanel, who only played with them this year.
